I really dislike the word “tranny.”

I will never, ever refer to myself as such.
I hate to put it in these terms but it would almost be like calling myself a faggot.
It is really almost like that to me.
I deeply dislike the term.

It makes me uncomfortable when other (trans)people use it, but I don’t feel like I can really judge them for that. It’s not their fault that it’s part of the vernacular.

Dear everyone I am going to be around for the next 24 hours,

I am sorry if I am a neurotic dick.
I try not to be, really.
I am very on edge and I will try not to be obnoxious about it and pretend to be a normal person who has not been in a state of frazzled, morose crisis for the last three months or so.
Because if I’m going to be around you for a decent amount of time tomorrow, chances are that I like you and don’t want to piss you off, so I will try not to let my angst and anxiety get the best of me.
